I am so incredibly excited about this Wildflower Senior Session I did this week. I have been talking with Grace on Instagram about connecting for photos for a while, and we finally were able to make it happen. We originally planned to do our session at the cotton field, but after we realized that the wildflower field was blooming again, so it was a no brainer to shoot there.
The flowers were tall, vibrant, and plentiful, so it made for a perfect backdrop for images. The weather was absolutely perfect, not too hot and not too cold. And the sunlight was on point. Grace was such a trooper as we walked through tall flowers in her white dress. Everything with this session was so perfect, so it was an awesome wildflower senior session with so many beautiful images that I am incredibly proud of.
We had so much fun playing with the depth of field with the flowers. It was also fun to get to practice with backlighting, since that is not something I have every been super great with.
Here are some of my favorite images from our session.
This image is hands down my favorite from the session. I can’t even believe it was me that took this image. I get googly eyes when I see it. Even better, I posted it on Instagram, and Senior Muse featured it on their account. That was so incredibly exciting. You can find the photo on their Instagram here.
Which one is your favorite image? I am so obsessed with how stunning Grace looked in all these photos.
