Hey y’all. I am back after a few months of being super super lazy with blogging. I’ve been busy with shooting sessions though, so maybe I should have a little bit of a pass anyway. I did a downtown Jackson senior session with Payton, an awesome girl I am so excited I got to meet, back in January. The session was so much fun from start to finish, and I got some amazing images of her.
Payton’s session was so much fun for a lot of reasons, but one of them was that her step-dad drove the car, we were all over town. We would stop at a location, jump out, take a few pics, get back in, and go again. Because we did this, we got to shoot in lots of areas of downtown and got a lot of variety in her outfits. I love how fashion forward Payton is. She does not just go with the flow of everyone else. I would call her the trend setter. I love this about her.
Here are some of my favorite images from this downtown Jackson senior session.
This dress was so edgy, but it looked so good on her. Then she went for an outfit change.
I loved this look. It was so fun. I love that it was dressy AND casual. The heels really were what did it for me.
Does she look like a boss babe here or what? I am obsessed with this suit. She was definitely killing it in this outfit!
The wind was brutal to us by this time.
No joke, I almost cried when I took this photo because it was so beautiful. It was one of those moments in life where I couldn’t believe I had actually created something that was so stunning. I still have those moments of doubt where I feel like I am not as good as “the other guys.”
I threw in another outfit change there.
As a Bulldog myself, I loved Payton’s last outfit. It was so cute, and it fit her personality so well.
I loved everything about this session with Payton. She’s so photogenic, and she’s got a great personality too. It was so much fun that I have shot with her twice more since this session. Stay tuned for those blog posts to drop.
